When To Get This Service

Service recommended if any of the following apply:
- It has been 5,000–7,500 miles or 6 months since your last service
- Service history is unknown after buying a used vehicle
- You hear new noises or feel changes in performance
- A long road trip or extreme-weather season is approaching
- Dashboard reminder or mileage timer indicates it’s due
Sun.Auto recommends a multi-point inspection and fluid check twice yearly and following all mileage-based services in your owner’s manual to keep your vehicle safe, efficient, and reliable.

How do I know what services to perform on my vehicle and when?
Any of our friendly, neighborhood locations can help you determine the schedule that’s best for your car. In many cases, the maintenance schedule is determined by the manufacturer for optimal service life for your vehicle; this can be found in the owner’s manual.
Is my warranty voided if I get non-dealer work done?
No. In fact, it is against the law for a manufacturer to dishonor their warranty just because the vehicle was serviced elsewhere. As long as the service is performed by capable car mechanics like the ones at your friendly neighborhood Sun.Auto, your warranty is valid.
Do I have to have car maintenance performed at the dealership to keep my warranty?
